Grand Canyon Rim-To-Rim
Four members of the Fishing River Running Club (plus an extra friend) crossed the Grand Canyon, a 31-mile trip that began at the south rim of the Canyon, descended to the very bottom then climbed back up to the north rim.
Russell Wenz blogged about the group’s trek at http://russellwenz.blogspot.com/2015/10/grand-canyon-r2r.html. His blog post was featured across a two-page spread in the Excelsior Springs Standard newspaper (sorry, no link available).
